These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services and website provided by Tewksbury Photo Booth Bash. By booking our services or visiting our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services We Offer

We provide photo booth rental services for events such as:

  • Weddings
  • Birthdays
  • Corporate events
  • Graduations and more

Our services include setup, props, digital and/or printed photos, and attendant support (where applicable).

2. Booking and Payments

  • Quotes are free and valid for 14–30 days.
  • A deposit is required to confirm your booking.
  • Full payment is due prior to the event (as specified in your service agreement).
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may forfeit deposits.

3. Event Requirements

The client agrees to:

  • Provide appropriate space and access for booth setup
  • Ensure electrical availability and shelter (if outdoors)
  • Communicate special requests or restrictions in advance

4. Use of Images

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Tewksbury Photo Booth Bash may use event photos for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media). Clients may request to opt out in writing.

5. Equipment Responsibility

We are responsible for setting up and monitoring our equipment. However, the client is responsible for any damage caused by event guests due to negligence, misuse, or vandalism.

6. Liability Limitations

We are not liable for:

  • Interruptions due to weather, power failure, or venue issues
  • Delays caused by traffic or access limitations
  • Indirect or consequential damages

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or government restrictions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Middlesex County, MA.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
